About Olivia Rafter

Olivia Rafter, born and raised in California, is a Neuro-Technician at BrainCare Performance Center of Carlsbad. She is EMT-B certified, a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician, and fluent in American Sign Language.

Olivia grew up watching family members struggle with the repercussions of severe mental health challenges. After working through the global pandemic, her awareness of addiction and the skyrocketing rates of overdoses led her to become a Registered Alcohol and Drug Technician.

Now, she plans to pursue a career in Addiction Medicine and further her education in addiction disorders. She truly enjoys her work as a neuro-technician here at BrainCare Performance Center, as she can help others with their mental health in a non-invasive way. 

When not working, Olivia volunteers at a local women’s detox center in Vista. She also loves being at the beach with her dog, spending time with friends and family, and kayaking on the lake.
